What billing options does BTX offer?
BTX offers a variety of billing options. Customers may choose to receive invoices via the U.S. Postal service. Customers may also request BTX’s popular email billing. PDF’s are sent directly to the receipients email account. EDI, XML or Electronic mail options for the technology savy customer.
Can I get a copy of my BTX airbill?
Please contact our Revenue Services department at 877-289-2471 to request a copy of the airbill.
How can I get a receipt for a shipment, if I paid by credit card?
BTX does not provide an invoice for shipments billed to a credit card. The airbill copy and credit card statement should serve as a receipt.
How do I request a refund/adjustment to my invoice for a late delivery or a billing error?

What are assessorial charges?
Charges are for services rendered but are not limited to, inside pickups and deliveries, special pickups and deliveries (specific time of day), waiting time, etc.
